Every day I see everywhere, lose 40 pounds in 3 weeks, or whatever! Ugh, probably not going to happen, but sounds so tempting right?? Just get the weight off and then I'll be better, I promise! Oh, how many times have I had this conversation with myself? About a thousand! But how, how will you be better? I know I never was! You haven't learned anything, besides how to starve your self for a finite period of time. Of course that gets the weight off, but it brings it right back too. If you want to be skinny for your life, you need to do it right. You need to do it successfully. You need to do it in a way that will work.
So, how many glasses of water did you drink yesterday? 1? 5? 9? Doesn't matter.
That's it, so easy right? If you had 7 yesterday. Today drink 8. Simple huh? The point is getting you drinking more and more every day, but in a way that will stick for a lifetime. The point of yesterday's task was to figure out how much you naturally drink. If you naturally drink 1 glass a day while brushing your teeth, we have some work to do. If you naturally drink 8, we have a lot less. Doesn't matter really, we just need a starting point!
